About Pedasi Developments
Pedasi Developments has changed the way things are usually done in this area of Panama by developing a better system with the single goal of serving our clients' needs.
Typically people move to the Pedasi area and if they want a nice new home they are forced to go through the custom building process. This involves months of the architectural design process and then interviewing and finding the right builder. Then going through the building and permit process can take 12 to 24 months.
We have eliminated most of these lengthy steps by offering high-quality pre-designed homes that still gives you limited customization such as finishes and fixtures. We typically take only 6 to 10 months to complete an entire home. We also have already built homes that are MOVE IN READY.
All of our homes are designed by a team of experienced European and Panamanian architects and Engineers to very high standards.
All of our homes are built with high-quality materials that are designed to be low maintenance and still have curb appeal and style with a mix of modern and tropical features.
Everything from the blocks and cement in the walls to the roofing materials is many levels above the basic standards in Panama
Our Process

Meet with our sales partner and discuss what model you are interested in buying. This can be done in person or by video conference

Figure out where you want your new home to be located in the Pedasi Panama area. We have building lots that we own and can sell you the home and building lot as a package or you can find your own lot and we will build the home there for you. Pedasi Developments also has some home models pre-built that are move-in ready.

Get a quote based on decisions made in steps 1 & 2 as well as what options you have added to your home such as a swimming pool, workshop, carport, etc.

Sign a contract to build our buy one of our homes and we start the process as soon as you want us to
Preconstruction Design
All of our homes have been pre-designed and have architectural stamps and approvals completed. We can easily quote on the cost of building or selling the home and not deviate from that price unless you ask for changes in the process
Turn Key Solution
We take care of everything for your new Panama home. Electrical hook-up, construction and occupancy permits, architects, and engineering are all our responsibility. Our business model is to complete your home from A to Z and hand you the keys at the end of the process.
On-Site Construction
Not only are the owners of Pedasi Developments on the construction site of your new home, but regular supervision by the Architectural and Engineering team is also very important to keeping the top quality we aim for in your new home.

We guarantee all of the structural aspects of our homes for 1 year after the final sale. The standard in Panama is only 1 year.
We also will help you communicate with all manufacturers for other warranties not included in the structural parts of the house such as windows and flooring.
